Really great flavor! It''s a fine powder which mixes instantly and stays in solution. If you like to make your own miso soup, this is a delightful f... lavor enhancement. I mix one packet with about 2 tablespoons of miso paste, using the Kotobuki Misokoshi Miso Soup Strainer Set and Tzum Essen organic white miso paste, both sold here on Amazon. I’ve tried other dashi (soup stock) but this one is a keeper. Price is reasonable and the taste is awesome. Great for miso soup.
